Tea and infusions

Tea and infusions are hot or cold drinks made by steeping leaves, herbs, flowers or fruits in hot water. Tea is usually made from the tea bush and includes varieties such as black tea, green tea and white tea. Infusions (herbal teas) are made from plants such as chamomile, mint or rooibos and usually do not contain caffeine. These drinks are often drunk for relaxation, hydration or for their aromatic and soothing properties.
