Soju

Soju is a popular Korean spirit that is traditionally made from rice, wheat or barley, but nowadays also often made from sweet potato or tapioca. It has a smooth, slightly sweet taste and a relatively low alcohol content compared to other spirits. Soju is usually chilled and drunk neat in small glasses, often during meals or social occasions.
