Underneath the skin is soft, creamy, creamy white flesh with an intense, floral sweetness reminiscent of a combination of vanilla, pineapple and banana. The taste is rich and aromatic, with a velvety texture that melts on the tongue. Each segment contains a shiny, dark seed that is not eaten.

Schub apples are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants. They also contain natural sugars that provide quick energy. In the traditional medicine of tropical countries, the leaves and seeds are used for various applications.

The fruit is delicious eaten fresh — crack open the skin and spoon out the flesh. Also popular in smoothies, ice creams, milkshakes and tropical desserts. Discover this special fruit with its irresistible, creamy taste.
