Vacuum coffee makers are coffee machines that make coffee using vacuum technology.
They work by heating water in a lower chamber, then the pressure pushes the water into an upper chamber containing ground coffee. After brewing, the vacuum is broken, causing the brewed coffee to flow back down.
They are used to prepare a pure, aromatic and often more intense coffee flavor.
