Which datafeed formats are supported?
Tormino supports XML, CSV and JSON datafeeds. Real-time updates of stock and prices are available via the REST API. All formats contain title, EAN/GTIN, price, stock, images and category per Google Product Taxonomy.
How often is the datafeed updated?
Stock and prices are updated in real time via the REST API. Product data such as titles, descriptions and images are synchronized regularly. This way you never sell an out-of-stock product.
How much does a datafeed subscription cost?
A datafeed subscription costs €36,30/month (excl. VAT). The subscription provides unlimited access to all datafeeds (XML, CSV and JSON) including real-time stock and prices. The datafeed subscription is excluded from B2B discounts.
Is the shipping neutral?
Yes, Tormino ships without its own branding to your end customer. The order arrives in neutral packaging. Your webshop retains the customer relationship.
How fast are orders shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are shipped the next business day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I integrate the datafeed with my existing webshop?
Yes, the datafeed works with all common e-commerce platforms that import XML, CSV or JSON. These include Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and marketplace integrations like Bol.com and Amazon. For real-time integration, the REST API is available.
